  • Age Restrictions: Individuals need to be at least 16 years old to purchase fireworks. Retailers are required to verify the buyer’s age with government-issued identification.
  • Licensing: All sellers must obtain the appropriate permits from the State Fire Marshall to legally sell fireworks.

ARKANSAS STATE LAWS

  • Age Restrictions: Individuals must be at least 12 years old to purchase fireworks.
  • Usage Restrictions: Fireworks cannot be detonated within 600 feet of churches, hospitals, schools, parks, or within 5,000 feet of facilities storing explosives or flammable products.
  • Licensing: All sellers must obtain permits from the Arkansas State Fire Marshall to legally sell fireworks.

GEORGIA STATE LAWS
